What brings out the wrath of a midlife woman? Hormones, lack of sleep, a new voice that comes with the confidence of wisdom and experience; all are possible answers to the question of why.

The next question is why do an equal number of women slide into midlife with a sense of grace, poise and assuredness that draws people to her? She speaks her mind with clarity and kindness, people listen and she get results. 

This second woman has crossed the bridge of midlife to a land where she finds joy and happiness in most things. She has made her choices, deciding which optional thoughts to entertain and which battles to engage in.

Has she become invisible to the larger population that adores youthfulness? Does she notice or even care?
