Enjoy my casual chat with friend Robyn Marcotte, 50, a self-employed leadership consultant, wife and mother of 2 adult children in college. We share our stories of raising responsible and independent children, downsizing, and taking a quiet bath. Robyn and her husband have been deliberate parents.
Robyn pivoted from a consuming corporate career in her early forties to a more flexible schedule as an independent business consultant in order to spend more time with her kids before they slipped through her hands.
She is now enjoying her children as young adults and shares her experiences and advice on being a "mean mom".
